Money worries? Financial health events for STP staff

Debt and financial pressures have a negative impact on staff wellbeing, productivity and absence and STP employers are keen to support staff with such pressures.

University Hospitals Birmingham NHS FoundationTrust (UHB) is working in partnership with the city’s Financial Inclusion Team and is trialling a series of ‘financial wellbeing’ events for public sector staff across the STP area.

The sessions aim to equip staff with the skills to manage their personal finances and assess their financial health by discussing savings, use of credit cards and mortgages.

The events are open to all NHS or local authority staff on the following dates; please click on the link to book:

Monday 5 November: Solihull Hospital

Friday 9 November: Heartlands Hospital

Monday 12 November: Good Hope Hospital
